Meet the Founder
Magdala "Maggie" Dulcio (MH8997) is a licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Certified Addiction Professional (CAP). She is the founder and director of Oasis Counseling and Voice of Distress Relieved. Mrs. Dulcio has been practicing in the field of Counseling for over 10 years and has a vast of experience working with children, youth and families. She is a Parenting Coordinator and a Family Mediator. Mrs. Dulcio is also an approved supervisor with the board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling. Mrs. Dulcio also has experienced in Managed Care and Case Management as well.
Mrs. Maggie Dulcio, was born in Port-au-Prince Haiti and moved to the United States in the late 1980's. She earned her BS from the University of FL and her MS from Nova Southeastern University in the field of Mental Health Counseling. Her career has been devoted to working with youth and families.

On Sunday May 11, 2014 in Brandon, FL, Oasis counseling LLC and Voice of Distress Relieved Inc. announced the launch of GoPepla.com. This website has been launched in order to keep the Haitian Community connected. Haitians in Haiti and those living abroad now have a point of access for information, they are now able to connect, share information and with an upgrade sell items through this website. Once on the website, users will be able to create a login and will have access to a directory of Haitian businesses, listing of government officials in Haiti, and organizations registered in Haiti.
