Welcome
Oasis is here to enrich and empower those individuals that we serve.  We also want to inspire our youths to grow into productive citizens.  Our main approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

Some of our programs:
  • An Introduction to  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a two-hour session introducing individuals to the techniques of CBT.
  • CBT: Learning the Skills, a 12-week psycho-educational program to assist individuals in identifying irrational thoughts, connecting thoughts to feelings, and reframing maladaptive thoughts.
  • An Introduction to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), a two-hour session that briefly presents the DBT approach and introduces individuals to the four areas of skill building, mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation.
  • DBT: Learning the Skills, a 16-week intensive program based on DBT, teaching coping strategies for every day stresses.
  • Additionally, there are several workshops and seminars on topics such as depression, anger management, anxiety,  and others.
